Talawa Young Company: TYPT
July 11, 2017
I'm enormously pleased to have been accepted onto the Talawa Theatre TYPT programme for 2017! TYPT puts emerging theatre makers together with established artists to develop their practice, test ideas and produce a brand new piece of theatre in just 4 weeks; only around 1 in 30 applicants wins a place.

I am very honoured to be given this opportunity and excited to give my all in the room, as well as getting to know Talawa better and expanding my praxis as a theatre-maker and performer. Judging by the auditions, this is going to be a very special course! Our final show will be at Hackney Showrooms August 31st, September 1st and Sept 2nd, directed by Miranda Cromwell.
