Awarded an MGC Futures Bursary 2022

'“MGCfutures Bursaries exist to support theatre practitioners to develop their careers in the industry.”

I’m amazed and delighted to say I’ve been awarded a bursary from the MGC Futures fund, a subsidiary of the Michael Grandage Company! I’ll be undertaking a 2-week incubator period to begin work on my first play.

Nineteen theatre-makers join the MGCfutures family this year; celebrating a wide range of disciplines from choreographers to composers, writers, set and costume designers and a carpenter.

As an actor, I take great pleasure in telling other people’s stories; now MGCfutures is giving me space to start telling my own. I am honoured and excited to begin exploring duality, queerness and cultural heritage. Watch this space..!
